We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase At Fashion Date you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery

To qualify for a return items must be unworn unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging Items must not be washed altered or show signs of wear Final sale or non-returnable items are excluded

Return shipping is free within the European Union For customers outside the EU return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

To start a return please contact Support@Fashiondate.uk with your order number We will send return instructions and a return label if applicable

If you receive a damaged defective or incorrect item notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order number We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping

Once we receive and inspect your return you will get a confirmation email Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days Refund times may vary by bank or card provider

We do not offer direct exchanges Please return your item and place a new order for different sizes or styles
